good for difficult prescriptions

I have been wearing contacts for 20 years and have always had problems getting a good fit for my prescription. I have severe astigmatism and most contacts don't have a high enough correction for me. Last year I tried a new pair and had problems with them tearing. They ordered new contacts free of charge.######Yesterday I had my eyes checked and the doctor ordered 3 different pairs of contacts for me to try so I can choose the best one for me. No one has ever done that for me before. I am very pleased that she cared enough to order them at the same time so I don't have to keep coming in and having different contacts ordered for the next couple of months.

VERY FRIENDLY AND SERVICE ORIENTED

They've added staff since the last review was posted and never a problem to get an appointment. Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Would highly recommend!

can't make an appointment!

I tried calling several times to make a routine appointment, was put on hold, waited, and not answered when phone rang back. I have been going here for 2 years and am disappointed.
