Dr Wilson is very knowledgeable and the personal care by far is the best by both her and her staff. The staff is so friendly and helpful and seem to really gel there. I never felt rushed or had a hard time getting an appt. You can really tell they care about their patients.

The experience from start to finish was wonderful! The front desk staff is there to greet you with a warm smile.Dr. Wilson truely cares about her patients. It's nice to get a small town feel here in the big city!

I have worn glasses for years, but have never before had such a good experience. The office is warm and friendly, I got in right on the time I made my appointment. I wear contact lenses and I got them in one day. Dr. Wilson and her staff made me feel comfortable, and as if I were the only one there. Thanks Ron, from Urbandale

I am very surprised at the poor reviews I read here because this has been completely different than my own experience! Dr Wilson has cared for my whole family with varied eye & visual perception difficulties for over 2yrs now. She has always provided wonderful care, patience in explaining things to both me & my children & great knowledge of our varied difficulties, including Irlen Syndrome (Scotopic Sensitivity) and type 1 diabetes in my teen son.In 2yrs, I have seen her with my family no less than 6 different times & ordered glasses at least twice. EVERY time has been the same, just great.Her staff has been warm & helpful. I picked out a great pair of glasses that came in 2 days later. Nearly a week ahead of schedule!Scheduling appointments has also been quick & easy. She seems to keep her professional equipment state of the art & staff well trained. I would like to see some later hours but otherwise find her office stellar.

We ordered glasses and sunglasses from here.... Both came late, with no apology. When we got the sunglasses the lens were messed up, and instead of apologizing and getting them remade they fought with us and forced us to take them to the lab ourselves. Two days after we were supposed to get the remade sunglasses back they called (after our repeated calls) and said they had screwed up again, and would be in in a week. After a week and a half they called and finally had them. When we picked them up they didn't so much as apologize for the hassle we had to go through. We ended up waiting a full month longer than quoted. I would never, ever return to this business or recommend it to anyone.

Dr. Wilson fit me into a very busy schedule on her lunch break to see me when I wasn't even a patient at her office. She diagnosed my problem when my regular eye doctor didn't. She has been amazing and treating me as if I've been there for years, instead of just a week. It shouldn't be a surprise to find a doctor who cares, but it is and she does.

Most working people don't get off until 5pm but they close at 4pm..I guess they don't realize that people have to take it off early from work just to get there. I have to take about 1 1/2 so I can drive and get there to have enough time before they close...Very disappointed..

My husband recently injured his eye on a weekend and Dr. Wilson met us at the office to treat him with immediate relief and results! Terrific service once again!
