Terrible service, the worst customer service that you will ever have. They are nice in the begining, but as soon as they have your money you can forget about! I called for two weeks before I got a call back, and had to go back to the shop multiple times to get information about my car.



The shop looks like what your are going to get, nothing at all! Take my advise and stay away from this out fit.

Searched for over 3 weeks for a transmission repair shop, choose INTERSTATE becuz of their price, turn around, and how long they've been in biz. Got my 93 full size Chevy Blazer back in 3 days only to have it break down in 3wks! Called Rob the owner who ask if "I" can get it towed! Why should I have to pay for towing becuz of his shotty work?! Drove it becuz I still had 1st and 2nd gear on a Tuesday. Rob said he would have it back to me in 2days. Called on Thursday only to have him tell me he hadn't even started on my truck and that I wouldn't be getting it back Monday almost a week later! I will not be recommending INTERSTATE TRANSMISSION!
