Very little attention to detail was asked for the last 3 years to be sure to have refund direct deposited to no avail. This year had my refund sent to the wrong address - it's been almost a month since the IRS sent the refund but my mailbox is still empty. Too many screwups, too many headaches...this will be my last year using Mr. Garbinsky.
