Maintaince takes a while to respond if they ever do, hallways smell like pot. There are holes on the floors from where mice come in the apartments. We had to stuff them with brillo pads. Roaches! No insulation on the walls, you always hear all the neighbours, whether they are running, talking, listening to music, talking on the phone, watching TV, yelling etc.

They increase your rent every year, and give you 65 days notice in order you can give 60 days notice, and right before XMas...and they keep you trapped to stay one more year. Well, we finally got out, and they sued us because our notice was 45 days before our lease expired, and they automatically renewed us. Now they tell us we need to pay them some $3000.

Oh yeay, the laundry room, 90% of the time some of the driers was broken and it just was stealing out money, even many of the residents complained it took months to be fixed.

So watch out what you are signing with them.
