This place is absolutely horrible. Firstly, I chose this place because of its close location. I looked it up online and found its web site. Apparently, you can make appointments online. You CAN'T. I called them to confirm my appointment and the guy you picked up had no idea what I was talking about. I should have stopped there. I practically had to remind him that they have grooming services there. I figured he must be a new employee or something. So I got an appointment and my brother dropped him off. And my dog came back looking like ****. All they did was shave him. Everywhere. We did ask for a summer shave but never did my dog come out looking like that. He's a border collie and he has a lot of hair so when I ask for a summer shave it means just cut till you have an inch of hair left. They shaved him so much that he was mostly pink. It wasn't even smooth. You can see the razor paths. On top of that, they cut him around his ear and never told us. We didn't know until we took him home. He was so stressed out and tense for days. We would have forgave them for the cut if only they told us. We understand that dogs can move around alot but just tell us. Anyhow, hope our experience is a warning to other pet owners. Even petco will do a better job.
