BOSS LADY BARBARA is freaking rude & insulting!!! She called me yesterday (6/22/18) to tell me that the shirt I ordered on 6/8/18 for Father's Day would never arrive. Even though I was ASSURED it would be in on time for Father's Day.

Needless to say, it never arrived. So I went into the store AGAIN! Spoke to a young lady named Erin. Told her my tale of woe. ERIN was apologetic and ASSURED ME she would personally handle it & she'd call me when the shirt arrived. She also offered to discount the price for the hassle I've been put through. SHE was a professional, unlike bitchy boss lady Barbara.
BUT NOOOOOO.......

Bitchy boss lady Barbara called, she basically called me a LIAR! When I told her I was ASSURED the shirt would be in, she said that's impossible B/C it was a limited edition shirt, and that her employees would NEVER have assured me the shirt would be in (Erin, you KNOW you assured me, so step up!!!) So what Barbara? I'm lying when I told you your employees assured me? I thought owners/managers were supposed to fix problems......not make them worse. When bitchy boss lady Barbara called, she was defensive, she was freaking rude, and basically called me a liar. Offered NO HELP, NO SOLUTIONS. How she is in charge is beyond me.

I will NEVER patronize Frolic again
