Our founder and President, Curtis S. Niles, Sr. has been involved in the Real Estate industry since 1994. He first owned and operated a home repair and remodeling company. He has personally performed every aspect of home improvement and remodeling on all types of homes, from new construction to 100+ year old historic homes. The knowledge and expertise gained from this work provides an excellent background for the home inspection business. We perform home inspections with the understanding that your home is a very important investment. Using computerized data capture equipment and digital photography, our (CRI) certified real estate inspector will document the home from curb to rooftop, and provide a detailed report of his findings.
