Not happy, just came from appointment to pick up new glases and they weren't in even after they confirmed my appointment via email. Left work early and lost 1 1/2 hours pay and have to do that one more time to get new glasses. Not cheap and not happy. I will probably look for new eye doctor.

Great office. Great staff. Great selection. Great prices. I had a great experience and highly recommend them.

I totally agree w/ the previous writer. The customer service is terrible! My daughters went there & both had good exams from the dr. The optician was very rude. My daughter called me & informed me that she wasn't eligible for ins coverage this yr. After I spoke to the optician & informed her that she that it's incorrect, she had a girl check on it. The girl advised her that my daughter is covered. The optician went over to a different lady, whispered to her & came back to my daughters. After approx. a minutes, the lady came over & said that my daughter is not eligible. The next day, after checked my ins website & called the ins co, I called the ins rep at ozer & s/w the ins rep. She was pleasant to converse with. She at first said I was incorrect, but once she realized I know what I was talking about, she double checked & found out I was correct. Even though I can use the ins for my daughter's glasses, it won't be used at Ozer's Family Vision!
