The owner was "waiting" on my son and I and the entire time she talked about houses with other customers, spoke to a gentleman about finding a car for her friend, and even waited on another person while she was "waiting" on us. I am paying for a service and I expect professionalism when I pay for that service. Almost an hour in the agency and still no registration or tags so we left. I told my son we were going to the one in Aston and she said "you are going to pay $35.00 more there". I would pay $100 more for good professional service. I know we were waiting on something from the insurance company, but if she told me that right away instead of talking to anyone and everyone but us we could have gotten what she needed, So she tells us after we are there for over 45 minutes.Do not recommend this agency!!!!

The woman behind the counter in this auto tag store is seriously lacking in customer service skills. She is rude, crude and socially unacceptable. She literally threw a document back in my face and told me she could not do anything for me until I had the correct paper work. When I asked her a question, she turned her back on me and went back to whatever she was doing. I have walked out of there on two separate occasions. Do yourself a favor and go to Aston Auto Tags at 5 points!

I have been dealing with local business for all of my automotive and licensing needs for as long as I can remember. Letty has always served me and I must say that she really knows what she is doing weather it is my registration renewal, title transfer, my state inspection license renewal or starting a new insurance policy for me, she has always done a superb job. Never once have I had an issue with lost paper work, insufficent documents signed and/or "mis-placed " like I have experienced in the past at other " Auto Tag " stores. It is by far the best, most efficient auto notary and tag service center I have ever used. I would highly recommend this store for any of your automotive and notary public needs. If you want it done right the first time with no hasstle at a fsir price then the Auto Tag store is the place you want to go. Thanks Letty for always being there for me. I really do appreciate all the help you have given me over the years and look foward to many more years of great service.
