I am extremely happy. Workers were friendly and professional throughout the project. I am planning an additional project in the future and will be calling back Modern Paving. So thankful and we highly recommend Modern Paving.

Not as great as I thought. Contracted Modern Paving to repave my driveway and walkways. During this week, they were very busy with multiple jobs elsewhere, so everything was done very carelessly. Maybe taking on more jobs was more important to them, rather than providing quality work. The workers began to cut corners and compaction of the ground was not consistent. Walkways began to show signs of unevenness after several weeks. Parked my Chevy Tahoe in the driveway and it too began to shift. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Modern paving installed really beautiful cobble stones in our driveway, very nice people to deal with, no games no pressure, very laid back type of people, gave us very competitive pricing which included the sealer. very pleased with the results, received many compliments.

I hired this company to install interlocking pavers in my backyard. I spent a fortune, close to $20k for the entire job. Upon completion, everything appeared to look okay. Months later, numerous locations, possibly 14 areas, began to sink, and collect puddles of water after the rain. I called this company to complain, and it took them several months to come out and repair the locations. Four months later, it happened again. I began to see numerous sunken areas, some were as large as 4 ft wide. Once again, rain and puddles of water started collecting in these locations. Shortly after that, hundreds of weeds began to grow in the sunken areas, as well as everywhere else in between the joints. My entire backyard looked like a jungle!!! I had my daughter's 1st birthday in the backyard, and all my guest said it was an awful job. By this time, the company had told me the warranty had expired and there was nothing else they could do. Obviously, this company did a very sloppy job, and cheated me out of $20k. Be careful not to get fooled by these guys!!!
