Mesa Properties Inc. provides or manages all the services that investors need to purchase, rehabilitate and manage investment property in the Inland Empire and High Desert. Our focus is on residential property management, commercial property management and multi-unit property management. Before Mesa Properties was a property management company, their founder, Steve Shwetz, began purchasing and fixing up foreclosed residential real estate and either selling them or renting them out. When he failed to find a good property management company to assist in his new investment endeavors, he decided to use his experience as a 10 year owner of an international service franchise and start his own property management company.
