We had a house fire in February and came to Howard's in Upland to look for new appliances before moving back into the house in June. We had excellent service by Jacob and ended up purchasing a new refrigerator, stove and microwave oven. Very pleased with delivery and our new appliances. Sadly, I just read that the store is closing soon. I guess that we will have to buy our "wish list" dishwasher at another Howard's.

The buying process was easy. The delivery portion was a nightmare! They never called to schedule the delivery. I had to call them. Then they gave me a time that I specifically said I could not accept due to work. The Delivery Department Manager was unhelpful and sent the call to store location. Selena, the store clerk, seemed uninterested and never offered any suggestions on how to resolve the issue. We ended up cancelling our order. If you must use Howard's, avoid Selena like the Plague of Death.
