I have been taking my dog to Angel's Care Hospital since he was a puppy - 15 years ago! So when he developed a tumor on his face and it needed to be removed I took him there. Dr. Hah removed the tumor and took all precautions necessary to make sure the surgery went well. He is truly a talented veterinarian! My dog is now thriving again! The care he received was excellent! The staff is very caring and dedicated. I am grateful for Dr. Hah and his staff!

Candy is 10 yrs old and was seen 2 weeks ago by Dr. shin.Candy was not eating and kept walking in circles crying for approx 1 day.Angels care was able to see her that same day that I noticed these symptoms.Dr. Shin assessed Candy and ran a few test.Candy was diagnosed with an acute middle ear infection and was placed on 2 anyibiotics along with pain medication.Candy has been doing well and was seen again on March 11, 2014.Candy was given 1 more round of anyibiotics and is doing great!Thank you,Dr. Shin and all staff for your follow up calls and care!

This place is awesome and amazing. The owner, Dr. Kim, and all of the staff are caring, compassionate, and honest. This animal hospital is a place of integrity. After visiting several clinics and hospitals (who just want money, and don't care), I'm very happy with this place. My dog came in really sick, and is now slowly getting well. I have another dog that will visit this place and all of my future animals will only come to this place. The pricing is good and like I said they are honest with everyone. I thank God for this place ;)

I have been a client of Dr. Bill Hah for almost 20 years now. My association began when my vet in Ontario referred me to Angels Care, for specialized testing on my cat. Angels Care Animal Hospital has the latest State-Of-The-Art equipment and an In-House laboratory. Dr., Hah discovered the problem. I knew I had found a Veterinarian that is excellent with animals. He has the equipment and expertise to serve all my needs, in addition the cost was reasonable. My cat, thanks to Dr. Hah lived to be 21 years old. I now live in Apple Valley, but still return to Angels Care in Upland for all my Veterinary needs. I recently took in a shelter kitten and the first thing I did was to call Dr. Hah, and take the kitten to him for evaluation and shots. I am pleased to recommend Angels Care Animal Hospital and R. Bill Hah to everyone.

When I first moved here it was very difficult finding a vet that loved my dogs as much as I do..untill I went to Angels Care Hospital!! Dr Hah has cared for my elderly boxers and they are still doing good..one is 14 and the other is 12. Then we rescued a mastiff and he has had two major surgerys done (knee & elbow). Our mastiff is now doing great and I thank God for Dr Hah.

We've been taking our dogs to Dr. Hah for over twenty years now. We have found our experiences to be positve and satisfacory in all respects. The staff has been very caring and professional. Certainly, Dr. Hah is highly skilled in all matters affecting animals. His eductational and background experience have made him one of the best in all Southern California. He has our unconditional recommendation as a Vet. and would encourage all who need pet care to use Angel's Care.

I bring my cat to angels care hospital and always get good service. The Dr. seems to know what he is talking, and the staff is friendly.

As far as I know, and I have been a patron of this establishment for many years, most of the above mentioned is, in fact, true. Sadly, but, I can attest that the Dr. has never been unsavory to any animal in my presence. (And due to my dog's chronic illness, I am in there frequently for drug refills, blood work, etc.). True, the staff is put under quite a bit of stress and some verball harrassing from the Dr., but I have witnessed him be very kind and helpful to them, as well. As for the board situation, I can believe that id true because the hospital has has some major renovations done. In any event, it makes the place look very kept and a bit more modern than it has been in the last 14 or so years.

(There shouldn't be a star selected. I was forced to at least pick one.) As soon as you walk into the hospital you are hit with an undescribable aroma. If you made it that far then you will notice the mess and dirt that is through out the hospital. Continuing on... now your pet is in the devil's hands and being examined. That part isn't too bad. The only comment to be said is that the doctor has no manners. EVERYTHING happens in the back... expired medications/ vaccines/ and surgical equipment, dirty surgical room, uneducated staff, dog with infectious parvo being kept with healthy animlas, IV fluids are used for multiple patients, "single use" scalpel blades and syringes are used multiple times, both mentally and physically abussive to staff ( if someone can be so openly mean to another human only imagine what that same person can be capable of to an animal), medications not properly stored, animal testing that was performed without the owners consent, I think you get the point. If it's the wrong way it's probably being practiced here. Not to mention he was FINALLY reported to the Veterinary Medical Board and the situation is still pending!!!

Dr. Hah is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!! There is a complaint currently being investigated by the Veterinary Lic. Board for cruelty/inhumane/abuse for a cat that was to be put to sleep per owner. Dr. Hah decided to experiment on the cat w/a lazer & burned it horribly. The cat recieved NO PAIN MEDS & lasted 3 days. Owner never gave/signed permission. He also has used expired meds, has also distributed meds to customers w/out med. name on label. There r more complaints & many violations against him. RUN don't walk to any other vet. His office reeks of smell constantly & have heard other customers complain about his lack of compassion & his rude behavior to his employees & animals. Please pass the word about him!!!!
