The girl working, Amy seemed friendly at first but was rather condescending and would stare like she had never been asked such questions about cost before or when asking how to obtain a box acted as if I should have the answer. It was weird and ridiculous. Thought it was just me at first but ovserved interactions with other customers as well as a phone call from someone with questions about location and time the store closed. She was not warm and welcoming and more like a condescending know it all twit. It was the most annoying experience I have had at any UPS store. I will stick to 38th street!

Yesterday I had an important fax to send to my employer. I accidentally picked up the incorrect paper and without double checking I had the service girl, Amy, fax it. Within minutes of leaving the store, my employer called to say I had mistakenly sent the wrong letter. I drove home, got the correct letter and returned to the store and Amy was there with a smile on her face ready to help me again. I explained what happened telling her I had just been in the ICU at the hospital and the drugs were probably making it difficult for me to pay attention to detail. She was so very kind, she actually sent the second fax free of charge. In this day and age it is not the norm to handle customers with this kind of understanding and compassion. I was so appreciative after having gone through such a major medical event. She kept my anxiety level down and I left a happy camper!
