The place is clean. Also the staff will see you pretty quickly. They offer convenient appointment times. Today at 1pm I get a call telling me that they need to cancel my 8am appt tomorrow because they don't have a dental hygienist. When I asked why they waited so long to call me they said they couldn't reach me. This was a LIE! They always call to confirm, email me, and contact me with billing questions/ issues no problem. But suddenly they can't reach me? Sure. Shortly after posting my review the office manager contacted me and attempted to make amends. I appreciate the personal touch, but I am not sure if I will use this office in the future.
