Had 4 tires installed on 9/26/15, Andy gave great customer service and advise.

Found some other issues during the service and Andy worked with me to resolve the issues.

Prices were below all competition.

Ordered 4 new tires and Mr Tire got the tires within a day and put them on my SUV. I noticed that the driving felt unstable at highway speed and took it back for an alignment the following week. Had NO improvement whatsoever in the driving problem so got a second opinion at Sears Auto. They found that the alignment was off in the rear wheels and rebalanced the tires. They actually suggested that I would save money by going back and having Mr Tire do the work but I no longer trusted Mr Tire staff to do the job. Two strikes and you're out, because when "tires" are your main business, alignment and tire balancing need to be reliable. So I've paid twice to get my car aligned and tires balanced, but it had to be done RIGHT, dang it.

My husband and I went to the Mr. Tire at 350 Pittsburgh St. in Uniontown, PA to put new tires on our family truck. The people there took extra time to make sure we got the right tire for the kind of driving we do. They had the lowest prices around, and the price per tire was all enclusive; no hidden costs. The service man even rolled one of our old tires into the waiting area to show us that the old tires were wearing unevenly and said we may want to get the truck realigned. Wait time was not bad and the service was excellent, very professional. A big "seller" was that the mounting and balancing done on the new tires was perfect, the truck drove like it did when when drove it off the car lot when we first bought it! Will definitely be returning.
