Be sure to ask for breakdown of fees before leaving dog. Was not informed of $15 evaluation fee or early drop off fee, even while dropping dogs off. Also, at drop off was told I could pick up the dog on Sunday and when I called several hours later to say who would be picking the dog up, I was told it was too late, must stay until Monday. In addition to addt'l fee for evaluation, early drop off, I had to pay another night stay. Much more than expected

Was quoted one price but when I picked up the price was $25'00 more than I was quoted 15'00 for evaluating fee and 10'00 more per day I will not go there again was not up front with her fees
