Satisfied with work done came out right away whenever I had a problem with Furnace would use again

Did a great job repairing my furnace. Serviceman knew what he was doing & had part in his truck. Will call again

Showed up promptly and informed us that the heat pump we thought we had was just a regular AC unit. No Freon in the system, he said, so you need a new unit at a cost of $ 5,900.00. We got a second opinion and we were shown the reversing valve that is part of a heat pump; so we do have a heat pump which would have been replaced by a regular AC unit. The Freon was somewhat low (not empty). Added some Freon to the system which is now working fine again. We feel we were being set up to get a new wrong system without cause. Always get a second opinion before you spend that kind of money!
