I shopped the new Uniontown store for the first tme on Sept 8 , at about 7:30 p.m. I thought the store was very nice, I purchased a few items. When checking out , I remembered that in my car I had a coupon for 20% off. Going to my car I decided to take the coupon back in the store , I took this coupon ---with my reciept--- after just leaving there not more than 5 Mins. The customer service person said that there was nothing that she could do. She said that I had to go all the way back to my car and bring the merchandise back in and return it, then ring it all back up, WELL----- I wasn't going all through the parking lot again, Leaving very upset, My first visit will be my last !!!!!!! With a slip with only 2 items on it purchased just mins before , come on . If you lose 1 customer every week , it could cost the bussiness.
