I want to put my review because it's an unfortunate truth that I continue having casualties on the road. When Nextlevel, like any business, was opened and business was in its developmental stages, I took my car there for repairs. In all honesty the turnaround did take longer than usual but the customer service and the attentiveness of all staff was beyond me. Now, a year or so later I can say that this business has completely bloomed and in the most needed area because everything else was perfect. I know some may have that initial fear of the turnaround but that has been Remedied as management has seen that this was affecting them. I can now reassure all of you that may feel some type of hesitation in taking your car to next level DON'T... The quality of everything used on your car is top of the line as well as customer service that is beyond compare, and most importantly the turnaround is a short time frame of 1-2 weeks dependent on what is to be repaired. My five stars are based on the growth of the business and the way concerns on turnaround time was addressed immediately.

the issue was resolved with the shop owner. I am ok to close the case. I gave them 3 stars because the owner of the shop has been sincerely at the end.

Love this shop. They are really professional and most importantly they care about their customers. I needed to drop off my Porsche Macaan S the day before my flight, so I had to find someone to watch my 8 month old while I drove for an hour to the shop and took a cab back and managed to pack for everyones luggages. But he suggested to send a tow truck to pick up my car just casue he didn't want me to go through the stress and inconvenience. And thats not enough when I got back from my trip he sent his nephew with the car and I paid for his cab back which is the least I could so. The car looked great, the scratches and dents were gone and the detail work was amazing. My car looked brand new from inside out. And it didn't break the bank. I'm definitely going to be a very long term customer and will be referring my friends and family to this shop cause I trust them.

Great experience as usual !! I am a loyal customer to Next Level Autobody. I took my 370z there to have my side skirts, bumpers and wing painted. The job was done exactly the way I asked with 2 colors. Highly recommended shop. Special thanks to the team there you guys are great and the work is absolutely speaking for itself. I must give the manager Chris extra special thanks for fulfilling my detail down to the T.

ABSOLUTE CRIMINAL - I TOOK VEHICLE THERE AND WAS TOLD ALL WOULD BE DONE PERFECT AND WOULD BE NO MORE THEN A WEEK, AFTER CAR WAS DROPPED OFF I NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL,TEXT,NOTHING I HAD CALLED 100 + PLUS TIMES AND NOTHING THEN FINALLY GOT THROUGH TO THE OWNER (MARCUS) WHO SAYS HE WAS AWAY AND THAT PARTNER SYED WOULD HAVE CAR READY NEXT DAY - FAST FORWARD NOT ONE WEEK BUT THREE ALMOST 4 WEEKS LATER I GO TO PICK UP VEHICLE AND NOTHING IS DONE , NOTHING , NOTHING - OH IM SORRY THEY HAD IT CLEANED ,. NOT ONE THING FIXED AND I HAD 204 MILES MORE THEN WHEN I DROPPED OFF , GAS WAS ON EMPTY AND TWO PAIRS OF EXPENSIVE SUNGLASSES WERE GONE !!!!!!!! I CALLED OWNER 100 TIMES AND HE SAID HE WOULD MAKE RIGHT SO STUPID ME WANTED TO SEE ALL WORKOUT AND WAITED AGAIN 1,2,3 WEEKS AND NOTHING THEN FINALLY WHEN GETTING THROUGH I WAS VERY UPSET NATURALLY AND HE GOT LIKE TOUGH GUY WITH ME TELLING ME DO I KNOW WHO IM TALKING TO AND THREATENED MY FAMILY,ME AND SAID HIS "BOYS" WOULD GET ME IF I TRY TO DO ANYTHING AND COMPLAIN . ARE YOU CRAZY WHO DOES BUSINESS LIKE THIS ????

IM CURRENTLY WORKING WITH NYS DMV INSPECTOR WHO TELLS ME THERE IS 24 SIMILAR COMPLAINTS AND LOOKING TO SHUT THEM DOWN , ALSO HAVE FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE AND IM PRESSING HARRASEMENT CHARGES FOR THE THREATS

Horrible! Car has been in this shop for over a month for a minor repair. Completion date has been changed three times. It's a hassle whenever you call for status updates, no one has a clue on what's going on with your vehicle. Then they constantly make up stories and lies. This place lacks professionalism and customer service. Definitely not worth your time nor money! They don't even deserve one star

Listen to me people please do not take your vehicle here all they like to do is insurance fraud , their costumer service sucks all they care is about them getting paid , i took my car there a few months back and it took them almost 2 months to fix my door and fender , 3 owners and none of them know what their doing , their work not even that good either so please listen to me and stay away if you dont have full coverage they gunna bs you . Thank me later

Took my BMW here 2 weeks ago, the entire staff is friendly and professional. The owners go out of their way to make sure you are happy. I just got this car out of the dealership and someone hit me. The car took 2 weeks to repair and looked just like the day I picked it up from the dealers. I highly recommend doing business with Next Level Auto Body ( hopefully I won't be getting into any accidents any time soon but if I do Next Level is where I am going)

I recently had a minor fender bender fixed at this shop. Although it was only a minor fix, they made me feel as if I was their most important customer. Made my bad day turn into a great one! Very friendly and fast! Thank you guys

This business is very unethical. They have horrendous customer service. They mislead you and tell you false information about your vehicle. They postpone your dates as to when your car will be ready. They have a ridiculous amount of managers that you deal with, and literally go through every single one. Hence, it helps them keep postponing the day to finish the actual labor.

These place has very bad communication problems and horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE IT COST ME DOUBLE IN LATE FEES WHEN HAVING MY RENTAL BECAUSE OF THERE COMMUNICATION ERROR WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE HERE!
