My philosophy on food and business is simple and straightforward. Always use the finest and freshest ingredients possible, nothing less. Create flavors that contrast but, at the same time, compliment each other. Combine textures and colors... and pay special attention to the presentation of all. And, finally, take care of your customers; good service is just as important to a restaurant's success as the food it serves. Eating should be one of the great joys in life. At Timothy's, our goal is to fulfill that promise. We want you to leave having had a wonderful dining experience... and wanting to come back."My philosophy on food and business is simple and straightforward. I wish to be fair this facility was very popular with the locals the night we sit for dinner. We are travelers from Nashville area. This facility was listed as a high end fine dinning facility. $41.00 16 oz steak. and an Horseradish encrusted white fish. The steak of this quality, chewy, over cooked, and Grisel you needed a meat grinder to eat. In Nashville these plates of food would have cost $ 12.99 at golden coral. Meat had no favor at all we would have had better steak at a backyard BBQ then here. The fish was soggy with no sign of horseradish to be found. The plate decor was smeared around like a third grade art student.

Best I can say is this place deserves a food critic's review, so others don't experience this place. When we expressed our complete dissatisfaction with our meal one would expect the chef or a manager to address our table. Not here, when we complain we do not except discounts, we feel our opinion only counts when given without expectation. $110.00 later, we left knowing management was not going to face us. How can you improve if you hide.

Don't go here. No value uncaring dinning experience.
