Jeff came out to our home at 10:30 A.M. He checked our antenna system and even hooked up a new antenna. Our antenna was still doing a good job, so a new one wasn't needed. He did several other tests and found out the problem was a bad cable that was running outside from our roof antenna into our basement. He installed a new watertight cable and the problem was solved. Jeff is very professional and knowledgeable. We HIGHLY recommend him!!!!
