I recently moved from northern NJ to NYC with a several month storage stop in between in their storage facility. Pensa was highly recommended by a person I trust - and her recommendation was absolutely on the money. It started with the estimate...their prices were excellent/their assessment of men/supplies needed were dead on. They sent the right number of guys for the job; the guys were unbelievably careful and gentle with my things. They were professional, thorough and quick. They arrived exactly when promised, provided the necessary insurance and packing equipment without hassle and each segment of the move was finished when they said it would be - including the final leg from storage. My NYC building Super took their business card - telling me that he's never encountered such a professional moving team! As for me, coming into a new building on the right foot can only have been a great thing. And the guys were unbelievably nice - it's a stressful day and niceness helps!
