I agree with all of the 1 star reviews. I bought a brand new vehicle and have had multiple problems with the brakes. Was told that my warranty doesn't cover that. I only have $29,000 miles on my vehicle. I will never buy a Mitsubishi again. Can I do a 0 for the star?

I will never use or recommend this dealership to anyone. Bought a lemon cash car and was totally mislead by the sales person. This dealer does not care about selling quality used cars. The worst experience I have ever had with buying a car. Total lost of money.

I bought a 2012 Eclipse Spyder...

I bought a 2012 Eclipse Spyder from this dealership in June 2012. I traded my 2006 Eclipse GT V6 in and got a very good deal. At the same time I purchased a protective nose mask (car bra) as well. Four months later the clips on the nose mask had eaten a hole in my right fender. I brought the car in to show them the damage and was told that someone had probably run into me. So I took the car to thier body shop to get a second opinion. The body shop manager agreed that the nose mask had caused the damage. I went back to the Don Jackson service advisor who took pictures of the damage and said he would turn it over to his "rep". His "rep" later informed him that indeed he felt the nose mask had caused the damge and agreed to repair it free of charge. I did however have to rent a car to drive at a cost of $280.00 while my car was being repaired. The car was repaired and I asked for a refund of the cost of the nose mask ($170.00) since I would no longer be able to use it. I was told no dice. I feel this is unfair. I am now out of pocket $450.00 because I bought an accessory for my car in order to protect it, which actually damaged it and now I can't get my money back! This is a decsion made by Colin Evans and a "rep" who the dealership won't let me speak to. Dirty deeds done dirt cheap. I would say do not buy anything from these weasels!!
