I went to this facility last night. It was raining so badly and I could not get to the nail spa I love and usually visit. This has got to be the worst pedicure I have ever had. The technician who serviced me actually cut my toe causing it to bleed, and was non-nonchalant about it as though it was no big deal. The individual who appeared to be "managing" the spa at the time came over and I explained my displeasure. He seemed like it was no big deal; and offered a 10% discount as though that would appease me or make up for the blood oozing out of the big toe on my right foot. To say that I will NOT return there for a pedicure is an understatement. What I will say is that if I develop an infection in my toe as a result of this experience, I will revisit them with an attorney. I also got a new full set. And compared to the woman who did the pedicure, I though this young lady (whose name is Kay) was better. However, when I got home last night and took a good look at my hands not so good.

The upper management at Chan and Bay did a great job resolving my dissatisfaction with my service. Thank you Kathy.
