Basically, we are pleased with our new driveway. But the sealer coating did not work out well. The spray nozzle used did not work properly but I was assured it did not matter. The end result was an uneven coating that did not do the job. The work crew clearly had a time limit to complete the job.

We had a small project, a walkway about 5 feet wide and 35 feet long along with a 6x6 landing area. The team at System Pavers was professional from the quote to the completed install. The end result was as promised and they delivered on time. I have to knock one star because of the $6,000 minimum job requirement they have in place - my project was small enough it could have been below. There are certainly more affordable options but system pavers delivers confidence and quality.

After getting a quote from a knowledgable representative, our project was assigned to project manager Don D from system pavers. He did an excellent job of meeting with us and walking through the project steps, sprinkler system changes and time line. The installation crew was top notch. They were very efficient and friendly. They finished the job in 4 days and well ahead of our expectations. We have been very happy with the entire System Paver team.

After the initial sales agreement, Eric E. at System Pavers took over our project. While we had a fairly detailed design, there were nuances and changes that we wanted to make as the project went along. I can honestly say, that Eric was the best construction person I have ever dealt with. We have had a lot of work done at our house, but Eric was attentive, always reachable by phone or here at our project. Additionally, Pablo and his crew were unbelievably hard working, very polite and did fantastic work. This crew is truly skilled with tremendous attention to detail. The Pavers and the synthetic lawn we purchased look so much better than we imagined. I would recommend System Pavers to anyone. They stand behind their work and customer satisfaction is not just a slogan to them.
