I read the reviews online and was really excited for my first tanning experience - they must have changed hands or are different than the 203 Tan Co before them. When my friend and I showed up however, we were appalled by the poor customer service. None of the three women at the front desk were welcoming and one of them overtly made me feel bad that I had no clue what I was doing. They didn't offer us protection (eye or skin) even after I told her it was our first time. And I was convinced they laughed at our naivety as we walked to the back room. I was already anxious before I got there, but my anxiety sure didn't subdue until after I left.



In my opinion, the tanning bed was the only thing that did a good job at My Tans.
