Called for window glass repair on the front of my house. The receiptionist first ask me to bring in the window, sorry its attached. Then she said He may have time to come by later today.Has never shown up. Didn't call to explain why.

I took my windshield in to have it installed and he broke it, he didnt even offer to help with the cost to replace it. This was after I waited an entire day, I dropped off my scout at 9am and he hadnt even started on it at 5pm. I called him at 3pm and got the machine, he didnt call me back. When I arrived at 5pm he was relaxing in his chair talking on his cell phone, he ignored the fact that I was standing there and continued to talk for 10 minutes. In summary he was in a hurry to get my truck done as I told him I was going to town and would be back to pick it up in a couple of hours, if he had been honest up front and told me he couldnt do it that day he would have had more time to do the job correctly. Since he was in a hurry and broke my windshield it has cost me over $150, and he wont pay for his mistake. verry poor customer service, if want to be ignored and possibly taken advantage of then you should go there.
