CPS Excavating Company, Inc. provides both residential and commercial excavating services. Established in 1985 by Charles and Maryanne Staccio, it is a family owned and operated business. CPS can provide all your building site excavation work - from clearing and digging the foundation, installing a Board of Health approved septic system and utility line trenches, to fine grading and seeding. We also install driveways and roads. If you want the ultimate landscaping feature, CPS prides itself on the ponds it creates. Each pond is carefully designed to fit in with the contours of your land and layout of your house. Our ponds are done in a natural setting design so they look as if they had always been there. Often we utilize rocks or boulders from your site to enhance the pond. Features such as waterfalls are another popular addition to many of the ponds. CPS is a member of the Ulster County Chamber of Commerce and the Land Improvement Contractors of America. Charles Staccio has been in the construction industry for 40 years.
