HORRIBLE service, average food and crappy management. We frequented this restaurant several times and each time the food came out lukewarm and we had to wait awhile for drink refills. When we voiced our concerns to the "owner" he was extremely rude as was his brother. The place itself is a nice place, but other than beauty on the outside, the inside management and waitstaff could use some help.

Sorry guys, but our club wont be back.

There were 11 of us in our party and the restaurant would not let us order anything we wanted from the menu. We were TOLD what we could have and it was a set price of $15 per person. The main courses we had to choose from ranged from $10 to $12. Then we got a soft drink. While the food was good, the portions were quite small. I was not impressed. And the service was poor. Of the 11 of us only about 5 got the correct drink the first time.

ok, so my family and i went to villa montez this easter sunday. For starters we waited like 30 minutes to be sat. The down side was they were not busy and four groups of people that came in after us were sat first. ??

So after we got a table we ordered, and waited for refills a few times and chip refills too. We couldnt even eat our appetizers without chips. So after we asked three people plus our server to bring us chips, we finally got some. Where we ate our appetizer that had gotten cold. We had to ask to be checked on and for water refills. ?? Our food took over a hour. People that were sat after us got their food, ater and left before we even got our food. After being upset and trying to entertain a two year old for two hours we were ready to go. After asking many times what the hold up was and getting the run around., We got our food, which some was cold and not everyone even got their food all at the same time. We told the manager and he argued with us, told us he disagreed and we had not been waiting that long. He argued with my mom and told her what she was saying was not correct. So at this point we were furious and wanted our tickets. The service was terrible and the manager blew me away. He was ridiculously out of place, to tell a customer they were wrong. Where did he go to business school? The customer is always right even if they are wrong. Anyways he gave us complementary dessert tickets for NEXT TIME. Which were left with the checks b/c we are not ever going back. Not a recommend place to go, it was a joke.
