Every time I go I have a decent experience. Customer service could improve and the prices could decrease but they do a great job.

They do a really great job once you get in - don't expect an appointment to mean anything. They take walk ins regardless of how many people are on the books (which is great if you are a walk in). That being said, my pedicures last several weeks and I'm always pleased with the end result. They are very nice and want to please the customer - just not very good at managing time.

I don't understand why the previous review was written about Vennetian Nails. I have never had any issues with their service or cleanliness. They are slower than other nail salons and that is what I like about them. Most other places you have to wait and wait to get your nails done when you walk in, but I haven't had to wait long at all when I walk in there. Perhaps the person that wrote the review before mine had a missunderstanding with the employees. Of course there is a language barrier there because they are not from America, but that doesn't stop them from trying to be as helpful and friendly as they can. Please don't let the previous review stop you from giving Vennetian Nails a chance.

The people were rude,unfraiendly,and have poor communications,and do not know how to operate their seating situations. For example, my mother and I went there last weekend, and they set me instead of my mother, and then repeatedly sat others before her..i was offended as well as the other customers in the wrong doins they insisted in persuing in. The gentelman got into my mothers face and i asked him politly to not continue to be in my moms face, so instead he got into mine. As this argue proceeded he threatened to call the cops in his wrong doings. They were the most uptight, rudely operated people i have ever met. To add to this review their place was VERY unsanitary. I will continue to tell others around me and others who walk in that they should NOT go there. They are disrespectful in SO many ways. My friends and family will never go there. I hate to write this, but i hope they close down soon because they have no morlas or repsect for others.I hope others read this and agree.
