Hi Veronica, I am the owner of USA Parcel & Mail I am sorry that I don't have the extra money to update my store . But would you respond to the customer service you recieved ? Did we treat you with respect and complete the task set upon us ? I appologize for the high prices but the cost of fuel these days are also out of my control. Well, I feel terrible. I wrote an ugly review on this company and find out later that my package was sent UPS, not USPS, and arrived safe and sound. It was placed in the apartment complex office and they forgot about it...So, shame on me. USA Parcel & Mail in Tyler on Broadway did their job!
