I do not recommend Trent Williams Construction! After many attempts to contact TWC to resolve outstanding warranty issues and getting no response from TWC I ended up having to take TWC to court. In my petition to the court I claimed that Trent Williams Construction installed materials incorrectly and that these issues were presented to TWC within the 12 month construction warranty period. The court found that the “defendant, Trent Williams Construction Management LLC, is justly indebted to the plaintiff”.
