Not good

I took my kids to this optical office twice and both times were not good experiences! The men ( not the doctors) that work in this office are RUDE and just not friendly. The ladies are sweet but its a drag to have to even put up with the men. First time my daughter ordered glasses we went to pick up and they were too small and the man was like "you picked them out", I was like YOUR suppose to know and be the expert! He was just RUDE, no kind of customer service. He needs to be working in the back office far AWAY from patients. I have worked in physcian's offices for several years and he would have been fired long ago.
