Shawn responded right away to an internet inquiry. He was at our home the next day to take measurements of our space and get a sense of our style of living. He met us at the store the next day with samples of fabric, color. Ideas and sectional styles that were perfect. No upcharges...same sale price as advertised. Waiting on delivery, but high marks so far.
