Horrible place to stay!

I tried to warn my friend not to stay here when they came from out of town because the area has a long-standing and well deserved reputation for being a dangerous, high-crime part of town. She did not heed my advice and booked a room for herself and her two kids for one night. She said she didn't sleep a wink because the noise was horrible. She also said the room was filthy, it smelled bad, and she did not feel safe.
