Absolutely the worst internet in Tyler. Sad thing is they don’t even care that the ratings are low and that they have so many unhappy customers. If there was another option, I’d take it in a heartbeat

I live in Georgetown TX and Suddenlink is the only choice we have for internet service. I have been here since June and have had nothing but pain and misery doing business with them. However, I have learned if I need to speak to a person the location at 1820 S Southwest Loop 323 in Tyler is the place to call. They are always available and helpful. Today I spoke with Patricia and she was great. I am 76, disabled, on a limited income and I need my internet so I was so glad to speak with Patricia. Have a merry Christmas, Patricia. BTW, Georgetown is the worst place to live in Texas unless you are rich. Just sayin.

I personally have had no bad business with this company personally. I think this company trust its customers until they start to pay up late and ask for grace periods. I cant give a perfect score because I had experience with outages in internet services.The speed is okay though. Maybe do not start off with a bundle.

Sudden link has monopolized the cable businesses in East Texas and charges extremely high rates for low-grade service, lies and almost manipulation from employees to trusting customers. WHO charges ( Sudden link) almost $125 bucks a month for ' the bundle' only to have service connected in one room of a 9 room home? its ludicrous and they cut previous lines so that you can't run connecting lines! what a scam!
