Amazing place and people. Great environment, good food, comfortable seating and fast friendly service.

The theater is nice. The food service seats give you slightly more room than normal theater seats. This is the perfect place for dates or just an enhanced experience to all movies w/ food and drink options. The food is tasty, comparable to an Applebee's or Chili's.

It's been over a year since we've gone there when I originally went the food was great And so was the movie experience. I was really disappointed to find that the food was terrible they were out some of the things that we wanted to order. the service was horrendous the order was wrong they just gave us what they had not what we ordered and then told us that they didn't have it. And to top it off the appetizers were served after dinner was served. They said they were going to adjuster bill for giving us what we didn't order but they didn't they charged us for the wrong order. Overall I'd say you're better off going someplace else to dinner and going to a movie there not ordering anything or just plain going to a different theater. I wish I had read some of the recent reviews before going

Food was good and reasonably priced. Seats are extremely comfortable. Love not having to get up for refills of popcorn or pay $5.00 for bottled water because they have filtered tap water for no extra charge. I really like that the Tyler location only has one row of leather office chair seating per theater, compared to other SMG venues that have roiling chairs every other row. Love the extra room in between rows compared to regular theaters. Awesome to be able to reserve your seats as well. Very cool experience.

Beautiful interior. Do NOT like office chairs for seating. And REALLY don't like seat reservations - chart doesn't show u r sitting at poor level, in front of servers tables. Check ur ticket - they r still working out the rough patches and I ended up with someone else very expensive ticket. Good was good. Staff friendly and helpful.
