Yes, there are many process servers and Constables that can get the job done, but State 28 Process Service got the job done right the first time for our firm. I called State 28 Process Service from out of state to have some legal documents delivered for our law firm. They handled the case with extreme professionalism and served the documents promptly. I have since used them 3 times to have documents filed in the Federal Court in Tyler, Texas and have used them for service of small claims cases as well.
