good wash it said it charged my card 3.50 but on my bill it showed 10.00 so thats not even right and cant get ahold of anyone to ask about it

In my opinion the owner is very rude. the car wash broke and he refused to give a refund. Told me since there were still a little bit of water coming out the sprayer I got my money worth. I ended up wasting a can of degreaser because I could not wash it off.
