Our new camper has been in the shop longer we've had it! We have camped in it twice! Not a happy camper...‼️ AGAIN

We bought a very pricey toy hauler a couple of months ago. Have taken it out three times only to find major issues with the unit. Southern RV assures us that they will fix the list of things wrong, but fail to do so. Our camper is in their service department more than at our home. Very disappointed and will never do business with them again.

I can't speak to the quality of the service department, because when I called to make an appointment at the end of July, they said their first available service appointment was in September! However, the salesman who sold me my used Airstream Land Yacht Motorhome, Brad Galloway, was excellent in every way. Though the vehicle I purchased cost less than $15,000, he treated me as though it were a million dollar rig. He was fantastic through the financing process and pushed to get additional repairs made before I took possession of the rig, which is not always the case with a used vehicle. Most importantly, he has never failed to take a post purchase phone call from me to provide information, advice, and names of reliable repair persons. Most recently, a year and a half after the sale, he drove half an hour to my house after work, accompanied me to Walmart to pick out the best available replacement battery, and installed it for me while I held a flashlight over his shoulder! This after my expensive roadside assistance service had left me hanging. Brad Galloway has set the gold standard for me in terms of follow-up service. He isn't just working for this sale, but for your long term business. I couldn't have asked for better service. He will certainly have any future business I can send his way.

I was very happy with the sales department, but it ends there. After buying two RVs from Southern RV and having nothing but nightmares dealing with the service department, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. First it takes WEEKS to get a service appointment then the service department keeps your RV for weeks at a time only to tell you they have to order parts then the process starts over! To top that off you get rude treatment with no follow through.

first time there, talked to Bart. He was super helpful. almost made a deal on 2013 Laredo. waiting on the Bank, Should know by tomorrow..The ppl there all seem very friendly. Has Tons of Units to choose from. the show room was layed out very well. lots of units on display inside all powered up and still had ample room between units so u didn't feel cramped while looking..
