Tried to make an appointment for my 16 yr old son. I was told they start appointments at 7:30 and stop taking appointments at 3:20pm. I informed the gal that my son gets out of school at 3:20 and is back by 3:30pm, I asked if they can schedule him at 3:30pm, Her response, "no sorry our last appointment is at 3:20pm." I asked if they can make an exception, she asked her manager Carla, and this was her response." If I waited for 10 min for you I would have to wait 10 min. for everyone." I find it ironic Doctors make us wait sometimes hours and we have no control over that

If I were you I wouldn't give my business to South Tyler Dermatology- they are all about business and no personal touch. LOST my business.
