These guys were AWESOME!

only place in Tyler that had a 4 man team. They charged me 85$ an hour and we were DONE in two hours. They brought a big truck and huge trailer. They were all respectful to me and my belongings. They were quick and efficient. I could tell that they had worked together for a while. They had a good system. They didn't stand around ever! Always working and they nicely wrapped all my furniture. They do have fees for stairs and if they have to walk long distances, which they let me know head of time and were very graceful about. They were worth every cent. I will use them again when my year lease is up! I cannot brag enough about these gentlemen! Ask for Eric's crew!!

If i could give negative stars I would. This is the most unscrupulous moving company I've ever used. They quoted me $85/hr. Fair. Then when everything was moved the price was $250/hr. What??? They said it was because of the large items. Well, hello? you are moving company!

So, when I go to pay them, they say they only take cash. But your website says credit cards, checks, & cash. What was suppose to be around $300 turns into $800. I have to make a quick dash to the ATM to get more money. After the movers left, I find my checkbooks missing. Hmm, I know i didn't misplace them. I've unpacked everything and still can't find them. Not saying anything, but it's very curious that they are missing (did call my banks and alerted them of the missing checks.)



I've moved several times and this by far is the worst moving company! The movers weren't friendly, they didn't hook up washer and dryer, and scammed me out of $500! They should not be in business.



Sav-on-movin didn't save me anything! Actually, cost me more money and time!

Horrible company!

Extremely unprofessional. I called to get a quote and the lady had an immediate attitude. She then began to read me the information from their website and discussed their "extra fees." Some of the fees I understood, but when she said she was the owner but allows her movers to determine certain fees when they arrive (at their discretion and without limit), several red flags went off. As an attorney, it sounds like a scam and my family will not be using this moving service. I wouldn't expect a rude, unprofessional owner to have a courteous and professional staff anyway.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! HIDDEN FEE!!!

I called on July 21, 2015 to get a quote and to secure and moving day and time. I told the lady that I had one bed room set ( bed, night stand, dresser with the mirror) to to be moved to the storage. I was told that is would be $85 per hour and the minimum was two hours. I was told that it would be $25 for 4-more stairs. I told her that I had 3 steps on my porch. I was told that it would be extra if I had extra heavy items her examples (exercise machines, really heavy furniture). I told her that I that I did not have any of that. I told her that I did not need two hour and the storage building was 2-3 away from my home. So they came at 8 am on the 22nd of July. They where finished by 8:37. I was then told that I owed them $195. I told the mover that was not what I was told. He told me she does not know what they do. I asked him why was she answering the phone and making appointments? No answer... I tried calling her and of course she did not answer. One the other mover told me it was standard moving cost. I was charged for stairs ($25) and I only had 3 steps. And a for a long hall for them pushing my furniture on a wheeled dolly from my steps to the truck. (The lady NEVER once mentioned a long hall fee ($85)...I paid them and called the lady back. She told me there must have been some kind of misunderstanding. I told her not on my part. Because I asked her all the things I needed to know. I told her that I would NEVER EVER use their service again and she told me don't ever use them again. Then she hung up on me (real professional) I had used them before years ago with no problems and have recommended them to several people but NO MORE!!! I told her that my sister had an appointment for them to move her and I would be letting her know to find someone else. She told me that's fine. My sister did call and cancel her moving appointment. I put in a complain with the BBB as well. It makes no sense to conduct business in this manner. I will read reviews, get information in writing and ask more questions from now on.

I will echo the previous post. They do not operate as a legitimate business at all. Dealing with damaged items now and the lady who is the voice of the business is unbelievably rude, has hung up on me more than once for no reason. Do yourself a huge favor and use a real moving company.

Don't use them!!!!

Quoted one price. When they showed up they changed all their quotes! If I wasn't moving out of town I would have told them to get out. They are liars!!!!

They all were friendly,and very courteous,and also got the job done in a timely fashion but they were not at their best in apperance, nor in professionism. .i would hav liked the crew as a whole to have been a little more coordinated and together.But overall they did well. And pricing was fair.i would recommend sav.on.moving. .
