I definitely loved my experience at Salon Verve. I had a summer internship in Tyler and was looking for a place to get my hair cut. My hair had been seriously damaged over the years and I was planning on taking my shoulder length hair to a pixie cut in order to get rid of all of the damaged hair. I am very skittish when it comes to getting my hair cut and getting such a severe change made me super nervous. When I went into Verve my stylist, DeeDee, immediately put me at ease. She really paid attention to what I wanted and made me super comfortable which is a first for me at a hair salon. She was incredible and worked hard to make my hair look fabulous. She did an amazing job and I wish my internship could have lasted longer so that I could have gone to her on a regular basis. If you are nervous about getting your hair cut then DeeDee is definitely a wonderful option.

I had my hair done at this salon not too long ago, and I love it!! Lauren did an amazing job and my cut and color, Exactly what I Wanted. Not to mention the place was really beautiful!

I really liked the look and feel inside. I just went in for a trim explained that I liked my layers and wanted to keep the style just needed a trim just to get rid of the dead ends.I Even told her how I usually styled it. She gave the best shampoo which is the only reason I gave any stars at all. The other stylist were very loud and asking her to come look at their cuts, or how to mix colors etc. she was very distracted!! She walked away several times to do other things, write out a list for the store, help other stylist etc. She did not end up cutting all of my hair. My top layer she cut with it part in the middle ( I have a natural cow lick and naturally my hair parts to the side) and made the top layer look like dog ears. After she said she was done I paid and left. Once home 1/4 to half my hair still had the dead ends and my hair was different lengths.... I know i said layers but my bottom layer on the right was 1 to 2 inches longer than the left. I ended up going to a separate salon to have it fixed. I would not recommend this place for a cut or color. No one could remember how to mix the colors and were using phrases like "I guess you mix those try it and see what happens". I loved the shampoo and art. other than that it was over priced and a bad cut.

Love the New Salon downtown Tyler! The Stylist were fun and knowledgeable! The Pureology Products are awesome! I dont think you could find a more professional Salon anywhere in town. Im so Glad we have this in town!!

The salon at Salon Verve is a wonderful salon. They have the most beautiful salon. The artwork is just faboulous and the hospitality is just amazing. They strive to serve the downtown area as well as the Tyler area to the best of their ability. So visit the salon when you need any service. The stylists are amazing. It's the best salon I've seen in a long time.
