I have been going to the Royal Lube on Broadway for at least 15 years. I have 2 vehicles that they do the oil changes and inspections. During all the times I have gone there I have always had excellent service from everyone. The work is done in a timely fashion and done very well..

I have used this place about 4 times. The husband and wife team are active in the customer service. I will say that the woman is abrasive, rude, condescending and acts like an uneducated hick. The man, I believe his name is Raymond, seems the smarter of the two. The crew are not what I would classify as 1st class and to be out in the open more or less while you wait, act as if they are in some backward run shade tree mechanic style junkyard. Today they had a character working the line who had a mouthful of chewing tobacco and was spitting that slop all over the small floor area. The owner seemed oblivious to what I plainly would label poor habits to exhibit in front of your customers. Always check your car over after they finish and make sure that everything is as it should be. They left both valve stem caps off the passenger side wheels. After this last go with an inspection I may seek to go elsewhere as I don't feel that they try hard enough to practice good customer service. Almost thuggish and when it comes to my cars that attitude won't make the day. Raymond seems like a nice guy but the whole outfit needs some training in customer service and keeping your customers happy. That is if they care about repeat business. Just make sure they take good care of your auto. For sure if they don't they will try to deny it. Were I the owner I would put that woman working the checkout somewhere else, or leave her at the house.

The guy that's said the management is a nightmare is a lie. The manager ask him a simple question and he started swearing in front of everybody and with kids sitting right in front of him and je was asked to leave this is a great shop with great Christian people I highly recommend them for you oil change services

I had Royal Lube change my oil and filter recently. The employee in the pit failed to tighten the drain plug, which resulted in a spill on my driveway. Upon stopping by to ask for (1) additional oil (probably less than a quart, and (2) something to clean up my driveway. the woman who could kindly be classified as vile all but call me a liar. The result was my leaving for good, and I, like "Jim", not only won't I be back, but anybody who asks will know just exactly what to expect from this horribly managed nightmare.
