Great people and great service! I got a flat on the way from Longview to Dallas to catch a flight. I was too close on time to make it with my spare. Naturally, this happened at 7 p.m. when all the tire stores in Tyler were closed or were about to close. I called the Ortiz shop, and they offered to stay open to change out my tire. They got me fixed up and back on the road in less than fifteen minutes. And...I made my flight. Many thanks to the Ortiz family!
