I have a 2000 f150 that these guys replaced the upper control arms with ball joints and lower ball joints also aligned it for about 500 dollars and I supplied the new roog upper control arms
Here we are 6 months later and new tires put on it and found out the front end is eating tires because the job they did sucks
Go figure

Sold me 4 tires last year that have less than 5,000 miles on them. They are already coming apart. Told us to bring them back to him so he could make it right. Took the day off and drove 45 miles one way to his store only to be told there was nothing wrong with them. He did not even put the vehicle on the rack. Said he would do nothing. When asked if he would state in writing there was nothing wrong with the tires, he refused, then turned his back. Claims to not have any of our purchase on file. I purchased these tires for a female friend who is disabled and on a fixed income. I have been buying tires for 30 years and I have never been treated as poorly as I was by this man. In my opinion, he is extremely unethical. We already have an open complaint with Hercules Tires, who already seem astonished at this man's behavior. When I initially bought the tires, he insisted on putting a style of tire that was too wide. When I drove off the lot, they rubbed the fender. I turned right back around and told him they wouldn't work. He actually said we should take a hammer and hammer out the wheel well to make more room. I insisted he put different tires on. I would avoid this dealer at all costs. The absolute worst I have ever dealt with
