Provided by YP.comBad, Office practices just plain BAD. Real tempted to just write Bad 100 times, but they never answer the phone, always goes to voice mail. Work on their schedules, not the customer. Get around to you when they get ready. Took two weeks to take me, then three weeks for the procedure. The pain was gone for three hours.
