Provided by YP.comOver billing on services provided. was charged $574.00 for adding freon to AC. was charged $119.00 for same service by competitor on 8/3/15. also, they over bill on their time. they say they use GPS but our business cameras showed arrival time and time leaving on CCTV. also, they charge from the time they leave the appt. prior to your appt. so if they have a 45 minute drive to you, know that you are being billed for this time. will never use again. horribly inflated prices and when you ask them about justifying they say they have many trucks, better paying employees, etc. none of which a consumer cares about. it's just a way for them to attempt to justify their extreme fees. USED ONCE.... NEVER AGAIN!!!
